Hello my friends,

Thank you very much for taking a moment to check out my campaign. The journey on which I’m inviting you to join me is a labor of love, and at the very heart and soul of what I do as a professional musician. It’s a step toward fulfilling my dream of finding my voice, my place in this world of music, by creating an album that consists solely of my original vocal and instrumental music. Writing and releasing original material gives me the opportunity to connect with music on a whole new level that I’ve never before experienced. It’s an incredible sensation, and I hope you’ll get the same sensation when you hear it.

 

I have been collecting ideas and building inspiration for this moment for 15 years. During those years I recorded three studio albums: September in the Rain in 2013, Back in Time in 2018 and Just Friends in 2021. The first two albums were in the traditional jazz/swing styles of music from the Great American Songbook (the Big Band era). They featured my renditions of classics by crooners like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Nat King Cole. Along the way, I had the honor of collaborating with jazz greats Eric Marienthal, Poncho Sanchez, Roger Kellaway, and Bruce Forman, who were featured artists on the albums. 

 

My third album, Just Friends, was a tribute of sorts to my biggest musical influence, trumpeter/vocalist Chet Baker. It was his artistry that inspired me to start singing, and as I created the album, infusing jazz with elements of Soul, RnB and even Reggae, I tried to imagine what Chet would sound like if he were a contemporary jazz artist today. 

And finally, this fourth album will be a long-awaited collaboration with some of my favorite producers, musicians, engineers, and dear friends, among them Grammy Award-winning producer/guitarist Paul Brown and Billboard #1 guitarist/producer Adam Hawley and many other incredible musicians and producers, to be announced soon.
